If your item is damaged, please send us a photograph of the problem. When we verify that we made a printing mistake or that your item was damaged during shipping, we will reprint and ship your item for free. You don’t have to ship the damaged item back to us.  To qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
